Dear all international Baduk organizations,

I hope this message finds you well.
I am glad to tell the 21st KPMC will be held in Incheon City, the international city to represent Republic of Korea.
As the details are not confirmed yet, I would like to announce the outline like venue, date, and important information at first.

○Date: November 6 (Fri.) ~ November 13 (Fri.)
○Venue: Incheon City, Republic of Korea
○Format: McMahon, 7 round Swiss System *TBD
○Deadline to register *Details on outline attached
- Intention to participate: July 31 (Fri.)
- Submission of documents: September 13 (Sun.)

KBF decides to hold this KPMC in November to avoid clash with WAGC.
Also, to find out the number of participants in advance, the deadline is divided into two steps: intention of participation and submission of required documents.
There are several points that I would like to focus on.

1. Continuous Youth (U15) Division
: KBF decides to keep Youth Division thanks to the great response of last participants in order to give more opportunities to youth players.
Each invited country/territory could select one national representative player and one youth (U15) representative player.
Unlike last year, due to the budget issue, the guardian cannot be supported fully.

2. Strict penalty to those that impede the operation of the competition
: KBF will apply strict regulation of penalty to those that have brought serious damage to KPMC.
If you are interested, please find the attached ‘feedback’ as it may be not interesting information for the most.

3. Relaxed schedule → More opportunities of sightseeing
: As the request from the local government and limitation of budget, KBF will make the schedule more relaxed so that participants may have more opportunities to sightsee Incheon.
You will have enough time to enjoy lunch and take some rest, and the games will begin from 10:00 a.m. so that you can have more relaxed morning.

4. Survey about the invitation to people with disabilities
: KBF would like to survey whether the countries/territories over the world will send the players with disabilities if invited.
If there are enough needs, KBF will consider it positive to proceed.
It would be a great help for KBF if you reply like ‘Yes, we have several persons who want it’ or ‘No, unfortunately there is no such player to be sent’.
