Unsubscribing a round / Registration during the tournament

Any registration or unsubscription must be sent to the organizers at least 30 minutes before the start of the round. Otherwise, an absence will be counted as a defeat.

Delay

The delay of a player more than 30 minutes after the start of the round will result in a forfeit for him and therefore a victory for his opponent, if no contact can be made with the absent player. The opponent will notify the organizers as soon as possible.


Undo

The organizer encourages the undo if they are rare and obvious. However, the player is left alone to decide and he is not obliged to accept an undo.

Logout

If the opponent is disconnected during the game, the player must try to contact his opponent and pause the game. If the opponent does not respond, he must contact an organizer. A game lost by disconnection cannot be played again !

Games and Referees

Any outside help of any kind is prohibited. The use of bots is strictly prohibited and may be subject to cancellation of games played by decision of the referees.
The referees can be seized by any player in private, and can seize themselves in tcase of suspicion on one or more games.
Any complaint for lack of fair play must be transferred by private message to the organizers and the referees up to 48 hours after the game has been played.

The white player starts the game. He is responsible for the correct choice of settings. A mistake could cause a cancelled game, be careful ! (in particular the deactivation of the AI analysis ​​and accessibility of the game, the referees must be able to access the game at any time.)

Thank you for participating to the OGGRE 2021, this email contains some information you might have missed during pre-registration process and that you need to play during the WE:

1) Join the Grenoble go club Discord server https://discord.gg/qUNBwhR
2) Read there the tournament rules in #information_en (you can reach the organizers from Discord)
3) Join the Grenoble go club OGS group https://online-go.com/group/805
4) Saturday morning between 9am and 9.30am CET you will have to confirm your registration on Discord in #registrations if you play the first round (otherwise 30mn before you first round).
5) There are already more than 95 participants to the tournament. *It is quite some work for the organizers*. Please respect their work, they are doing their best so you can enjoy your time at the tournament

Pairings will be displayed on Discord and the club website (link on Discord).
